Join us as we celebrate National Yoga Month with a yoga challenge that can unlock potential in your body and mind! With a consistent yoga practice, your body will become stronger & more flexible, your energy level will increase, your stress level will decrease and you will experience a calmer state of mind. So grab a friend and join us for Zin-Zen Yoga's 30 Day Yoga Challenge as we commit to taking part in at least 20 classes over 30 days during the month of September!
Why:This challenge is a commitment to attend 20 (or more) yoga classes within 30 consecutive days. It takes anywhere from three to five weeks of mindful, consistent, repetitive, and focused behavior to develop a new good habit. It’s not always easy, but the end results are almost always worth it! Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will discover amazing transformation inside and out!Sign up:
Reward for completion:
- Sign up in the studio or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your name will be added to our Challenge Board
- You'll receive one free guest pass when you sign up. Bring a friend to class with you to stay motivated!
- Every time you sign in for class, let the instructor know you're doing the challenge and get a sticker to put by your name on the chart
Rules & guidelines:
- A surprise Zin-Zen Yoga gift
- 20% off your next purchase of merchandise at the boutique (excluding food and drink)
- Bragging rights - your name will be listed on our website
- And, most importantly and most rewarding, all of the physical, mental, and physiological benefits of a regular yoga practice

- Zin-Zen Yoga Workshops and Private Sessions count for 2 classes
- If you are traveling out of state and take a class at another studio, show us your receipt. This can be done up to 2 times.
