Vinyasa Flow

Brenna Callinan

Brenna was born with a natural instinct to be in-tune with her body and has always had a passion for fitness. She had the privilege of being introduced to yoga in her early 20s, allowing her to channel her energy in the most positive light at a young age. Brenna completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Tricia Porter from Empower Yoga and continues to learn and grow as a student of the practice each time she steps on her mat. Yoga has allowed Brenna to combine both her mental and physical state into one. Her practice has helped her to grow stronger & fearless both on and off the mat. She finds passion in sharing her love of yoga & all it brings with those around her. With her bubbly personality & patient nature, Brenna enjoys making her students feel as though they’ve reached a state of peace and joy within themselves.

Shannen Healy

Shannen began her practice in 2014, right here at Zin Zen Yoga! Initially practicing yoga to build physical strength and flexibility, she ended up falling in love with the calm, positive energy that she discovered on her mat. Shannen finds yoga helps bring balance to her life while both attending school and working. When Shannen is not practicing yoga she enjoys gardening, cooking, snowboarding, and spending time at her family’s beach house. Shannen’s classes consist of creative and energetic flows as she encourages her students to always try something new. Having completed her 200 hr YTT through Yoga Works in 2016, she is excited to share her passion for yoga with all of you!

Denise Holt

Denise’s unexpected journey into Yoga has influenced and inspired every facet of her life in a positive way. “By practicing present moment awareness, Yoga continues to teach me greater understanding, acceptance and gratitude for all that life has to offer.” With over 13 years of diverse teaching experience, Denise cultivates creative and challenging sequences to inspire playful exploration and self-discovery. Denise is certified as a 200-hr Yoga Instructor, holding additional certifications in Thai Body Work, Reiki, Pilates, and Personal Training. Encouraging her students to trust their uniqueness, Denise celebrates our diversity while honoring the one force that unites us all.

Amanda Flitter

Amanda, a graduate of the Yoga Works 200 hour yoga teacher training program, discovered yoga in college and found it was a great way to bring more balance into her hectic life as a student. She has been hooked ever since, and continues her practice as a way to manage stress, get a good stretch after working at her desk job, and explore the mind-body connection. Amanda looks forward to helping students grow in their practice and find their edge. When not in the studio, Amanda can usually be found crocheting, traveling, and enjoying the natural beauty of New Hampshire. 

A fun, engaging yoga flow class in which the breath guides the movement of the body. The mind becomes focused on the breath as the body moves through a series of poses including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, core isolation and strengthening. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using the breath, and learning to quiet the chatter of the mind to find peace and inner stillness. Attention is placed on the journey of the movements. Get moving (and sweat a little) with this energetic blend of Yoga Asana that provide strength, flexibility & peace of mind.
