Jennifer Crossett

An avid runner, Jennifer began practicing yoga more than a decade ago, seeking flexibility, and balance for her fast-paced lifestyle. She quickly fell in love with the practice, and the unique nourishment of mind, body, and spirit. In 2015, Jennifer completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Back Bay Yoga (now YogaWorks Back Bay) in Boston. She approaches her classes in a playful, lighthearted manner, that is well-suited to novice and longtime yogis alike!

Michelle Fabbrini

Michelle, owner of Zin-Zen Yoga and a resident of Bedford, NH for 17 years, has been practicing yoga since 2001.  She completed her 200-hour YTT in Vinyasa Power Flow with Frog Lotus Yoga International and is an E-RYT200 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance. Beginning yoga for the physical benefits, her practice quickly grew to include strengthening and healing of the body, mind and soul. Yoga is one of her top passions, second only to her family, including her (now adult - yikes) two sons. In addition to a strong focus on alignment, Michelle’s goal is to provide her students with the guidance to find space both during class and in their daily lives to be present, accepting of their imperfections and appreciative of the simple things. She is described by students as being compassionate and nurturing, while at the same time encouraging them to explore their edge and continually grow their practice. She is excited to share in your practice and looks forward to seeing you on the mat.

Jenny Wan

Jenny Wan, RYT-200, is passionate about sharing the joy of yoga and meditation practice with the community. Jenny has been studying and practicing yoga since 2001. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 3 years. Dedicated to guiding students to experience the benefits of a balanced yoga practice, she constructs poses with modifications so that everyone will find what is best for them.  Jenny is very caring and always pays attention to the individual and collective needs of the class. She tailors classes to accommodate students of all backgrounds and levels of yoga practice. Her teaching style focuses on healthy body alignments as well as deeper awareness of body, mind, and spirit connection. Her students will find joy, peace of mind and strength through their yoga practice. In her spare time, Jenny loves to spend time with family and connect with nature.

Amanda Flitter

Amanda, a graduate of the Yoga Works 200 hour yoga teacher training program, discovered yoga in college and found it was a great way to bring more balance into her hectic life as a student. She has been hooked ever since, and continues her practice as a way to manage stress, get a good stretch after working at her desk job, and explore the mind-body connection. Amanda looks forward to helping students grow in their practice and find their edge. When not in the studio, Amanda can usually be found crocheting, traveling, and enjoying the natural beauty of New Hampshire. 

Shannen Healy

Shannen began her practice in 2014, right here at Zin Zen Yoga! Initially practicing yoga to build physical strength and flexibility, she ended up falling in love with the calm, positive energy that she discovered on her mat. Shannen finds yoga helps bring balance to her life while both attending school and working. When Shannen is not practicing yoga she enjoys gardening, cooking, snowboarding, and spending time at her family’s beach house. Shannen’s classes consist of creative and energetic flows as she encourages her students to always try something new. Having completed her 200 hr YTT through Yoga Works in 2016, she is excited to share her passion for yoga with all of you!
Cultivate space and stability through this breath-centric, mindfulness based practice. Move and flow at a pace that allows each pose to come into focus, using inner listening and outer cues for proper alignment and stability. This class integrates breathing techniques to deepen the postures, and ends with deep relaxation for integration. Beginner friendly and suitable for all levels - come explore your  edge!
