Cassandra began practicing yoga while in college in NYC. She loved the feeling of peace and calm she experienced during each class and wanted to share this feeling and her love of yoga with others. She started her 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2013 at Flor Yoga in Jersey City. Since then she has completed additional trainings in Children's Yoga and Yin Yoga, as well as a mentorship in Restorative Yoga at Pure Yoga in NYC. After living in the NYC area for nine years, Cassandra returned to her New Hampshire roots. She currently resides in Peterborough, NH with her husband, Kyle, their pitbull puppy and three cats. Cassandra's classes are accessible for all levels, and help connect the mind, body, and spirit.

This 45 minute mid-level flow class will leave you feeling grounded and lighter throughout the remainder of your day. An all-levels practice to build strength, balance and flexibility. Ideal to recharge, de-stress and elevate the body and the mind. A fun practice that is both challenging and supportive with options offered throughout the class to suit everyone’s ability. The perfect class for workers who spend the day sitting at a desk or for that busy person who needs to relieve stress from a busy morning. Join us for a mid-day getaway and then return back to work or to face the rest of your day relaxed and recharged!
The opposite of our active yang lifestyles, Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing and passive practice. Find stillness in seated and floor postures held for 3-5 minutes, helping to lengthen the connective tissue around the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and improve the flow of energy throughout the body. The practice itself is quiet and meditative, allowing you to connect with your innermost thoughts and feelings. Class will end with 15-20 minutes of guided meditation followed by a blissful savasana.
Restorative Yoga and Aromatherapy
Return your body to a state of balance and calm with Restorative Yoga. Melt into gentle yoga postures, using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body in easeful stretching to release tension. Soothing breathwork, loving hands-on touch, and essential oil aromatherapy help bring you deeper into a state of bliss! We will end with an extended shavasana and Yoga Nidra, a guided conscious relaxation meditation, allowing for deep levels of healing to occur on the physical, mental and emotional planes. All levels are welcome. Participants will receive a special essential oil gift to take home with them!

Beginner Yoga Series
Looking to start practicing yoga, but don't know where to begin? Join Cassandra for a 2-week class series tailored to complete beginners (and great for anyone wishing to revisit the basics!)
In these classes, you'll learn some of the basic yoga postures, focusing on safe and proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, as well as how to modify and use yoga props. We’ll also touch on breath work and an introduction to different meditation techniques.
$50 for the 2-week series. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Sign up early to save your spot!
