Mandi, a trained Ashtanga yoga instructor who received her 200hr YTT from Yoga NH admittedly likes to "mix it up and have fun" during her yoga practice. With an additional 100 hour of training in yoga for mental health from Soulful Yoga Therapy, she uses yoga to help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Along with the physical practice, during her classes Mandi likes to integrate and lead others in strengthening qualities such as compassion, gratitude, and acceptance; while letting go of judgment, comparison and criticism.

Use postures (Asana) and conscious breath work (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, build strength, increase flexibility, muscle tone, and relaxation. Consisting of dynamic yoga postures that will help you develop strength, balance, flexibility, and an increase in concentration & inner calm. Ideal for all levels, including beginners and seniors, seeking a dynamic, yet not too challenging class at a slower pace. A strong focus on safe and proper alignment and mindful actions of the body will be emphasized.
