Steph began practicing yoga and meditation in college, as she searched for a natural way to manage the increased stress. As she continued to discover the benefits of nourishing her mind, body & spirit, while juggling the demands of a full-time job and life "off-the-mat," she found joy in sharing her lifestyle with others. Steph's goal is to guide busy individuals into ways of self-care that work with their schedules and preferences, making yoga and wellness accessible to everyone. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa YTT at Barefoot Yoga Shala and holds additional certifications in Reiki and Personal Training. Her classes are accessible to all experience levels and focus on alignment, strength and mindfulness. She resides in Londonderry, NH with her fiancé and 2 black cats, and can often be found on a local hiking trail or curled up with a book.
