A Calm Entry Into the Holiday Season with Betty Singleton Sat, Dec 2, 2017 at 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
A Mindfulness and Stress-Reduction Workshop to offer calm and balance just in time for the holidays…

Join Betty Singleton as she helps you enter into the bustling holiday season with a calm and peaceful inner-self. You are invited to attend this mindfulness offering as an important way of taking care of yourself during a season that often pulls us in many directions.


This workshop will help to increase your knowledge and understanding of mindfulness meditation, breath work, mindful tools and yoga stretches to help bring a calm, responsive and balancing mindful experience to your holiday season. Participants will receive a special mindful gift to take home with them!


Betty believes in mindfulness as a ‘way of being,’ and as a life-long journey of ‘inner self.’ Mindfulness offers many benefits and can lead to openness, clear thinking and wisdom into the nature of our hearts and minds. It can reduce stress and offer insight, compassion and well-being to those who are curious and open to practicing. As a teacher, Betty is welcoming, informative, caring, and kind. She invites all levels of practitioners to her classes.

Looking to start practicing yoga, but don't know where to begin? Join Cassandra for a 2-week class series tailored to complete beginners (and great for anyone wishing to revisit the basics!)
In these classes, you'll learn some of the basic yoga postures, focusing on safe and proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, as well as how to modify and use yoga props. We’ll also touch on breath work and an introduction to different meditation techniques.

Restorative Yoga and Aromatherapy with Cassandra Sullivan Sun, Dec 10, 2017 at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Return your body to a state of balance and calm with Restorative Yoga. Melt into gentle yoga postures, using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body in easeful stretching to release tension. Soothing breathwork, loving hands-on touch, and essential oil aromatherapy help bring you deeper into a state of bliss! We will end with an extended shavasana and Yoga Nidra, a guided conscious relaxation meditation, allowing for deep levels of healing to occur on the physical, mental and emotional planes. All levels are welcome. Participants will receive a special essential oil gift to take home with them!

108 Sun Salutations for the New Year with Cassandra Sullivan Sun, Dec 31, 2017 at 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Breathe, stretch and flow! Join Cassandra as we welcome in the New Year with 108 sun salutations, intention setting, and meditation. 108 is a sacred number in the yogic tradition, with renowned mathematicians of Vedic culture vieweing 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence.

Sri K. Pattabhi Jois called Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) a yoga mala, after the prayer beads.  There are 108 beads on every strand in a mala. Each completed Vinyasa sequence becomes a bead, weaved together when performed 108 times. This brings the meditation to motion with divine intent through Surya Namaskar, where the body becomes an embodied prayer for the highest good.

As we welcome the New Year with 108 sun salutations you will experience a powerful reminder of the energy and strength of our bodies and minds. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered.


Chakra Balance and Aromatherapy Workshop with Michelle Fabbrini Fri, Feb 2, 2018 at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join Michelle as she guides you in a 90 minute yoga practice including breath work, meditation, movement and the integration of essential oils; leading you through the clearing of each of the 7 chakras, creating balance between your mind, body, and spirit!

In this workshop we will use pure essential oils, breath work, meditation and a physical yoga practice to work on balancing our body’s energy centers, also known as our chakras.

Learn more about essential oils and how they can be integrated into your everyday life and healing process. Locate each of your chakras, discover their state, and through meditation, asanas and aromatherapy learn to create balance in each, leaving this workshop feeling centered, balanced, and invigorated!

This workshop will be assisted by Sarah Reagan, a doTerra Wellness Advocate, who will be available to share information and answer questions about essential oils after the yoga practice.

Spring Equinox Sound Healing Event with Joe Hayes Sun, Mar 25, 2018 at 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Since ancient times, people all over the world have celebrated the Spring Equinox as a sacred event of returning light, life, warmth, and growth. Here in New England we long for the spring just as passionately! Please join us as we gather in community to celebrate and honor the Equinox via exquisite sound and tone-- and launch our own individual renewal after a long winter. Join Joe Hayes of SoundScapers in our warm, candlelit studio as we journey through Native American drum and song, guided imagery, Himalayan Sound Bowls, the didgeridoo, a complete complement of quart crystal and fusion singing bowls, and the shurti box with sacred Eastern chant. You will leave released, refreshed, and literally re-tuned!
In addition to promoting overall relaxation, increasing resistance to stress, boosting energy levels, alleviating psychosomatic pain, lessening depression and improving digestion, this Experiential Sound Bath & Meditation will help re-balance the nervous system and bring the body, mind and spirit to a state of equilibrium which deepen our connection with ourselves and The Universe.

During the concert you are welcome to sit, lie, stretch, move or dance -- whatever resonates with you in the moment.
