This workshop will help to increase your knowledge and understanding of mindfulness meditation, breath work, mindful tools and yoga stretches to help bring a calm, responsive and balancing mindful experience to your holiday season. Participants will receive a special mindful gift to take home with them!
Betty believes in mindfulness as a ‘way of being,’ and as a life-long journey of ‘inner self.’ Mindfulness offers many benefits and can lead to openness, clear thinking and wisdom into the nature of our hearts and minds. Sri K. Pattabhi Jois called Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) a yoga mala, after the prayer beads. There are 108 beads on every strand in a mala. Each completed Vinyasa sequence becomes a bead, weaved together when performed 108 times. This brings the meditation to motion with divine intent through Surya Namaskar, where the body becomes an embodied prayer for the highest good.
As we welcome the New Year with 108 sun salutations you will experience a powerful reminder of the energy and strength of our bodies and minds. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered.

In this workshop we will use pure essential oils, breath work, meditation and a physical yoga practice to work on balancing our body’s energy centers, also known as our chakras.
Learn more about essential oils and how they can be integrated into your everyday life and healing process. Locate each of your chakras, discover their state, and through meditation, asanas and aromatherapy learn to create balance in each, leaving this workshop feeling centered, balanced, and invigorated!
This workshop will be assisted by Sarah Reagan, a doTerra Wellness Advocate, who will be available to share information and answer questions about essential oils after the yoga practice.
